Shared entrance at street level with communal hallway, followed directly by the own front door via a cleverly designed easy walking staircase up to the second floor. Here a light, spatial landing has been created with large wide opening doors with windows in metal block style. There is a separate toilet with a hand washbasin.

Via wide opening doors you come into the impressively large, pleasantly laid out living room with open fireplace. The floor is laid with particularly attractive broad plank parquet, which also comes back in the rest of the house. At the front, the room is across the full width of the property, which emphasizes the spatial feel. At the back is the open kitchen, with of course, all the luxury equipment expected: an induction cooker with integrated extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, combi-oven, Quooker and even a wine refrigerator. The high gloss kitchen cabinets and dark colored composite countertop add to the luxurious appearance. At the back, wide opening doors open onto the south-west facing sun terrace.
