Your Role as Asset Manager

As an Asset Manager at Rhodium, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our real estate portfolio. You will analyze and optimize asset performance, oversee leasing processes, and evaluate new investment opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively manage the portfolio (residential, commercial, hospitality and retail).
• Optimize occupancy by overseeing leasing and renewal processes.
• Assess new acquisitions, conduct due diligence, and analyze investment risks.
• Develop strategic asset plans and conduct hold-sell analyses.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee maintenance and investment strategies to enhance asset value.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operating costs.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for portfolio optimization.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in asset management, property investment, or real estate transactions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, proficient in investment modeling.
• Knowledge of real estate law and lease agreements.
• Proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and market dynamics.
• Hands-on mentality, aligned with a fast-growing organization.
• Preferably based in The Hague or surrounding areas.
