Looking for an Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst, you will support the team in analyzing and optimizing the real estate portfolio. You will work closely within a highly experienced team of colleagues and gain broad experience in property management, acquisitions, and financial analysis.
This role is an excellent opportunity to grow into an Asset/Investment Manager position. From day one, you will be involved in strategic real estate matters and have the chance to gradually expand your responsibilities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supporting the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities and real estate acquisitions
• Performing financial modeling and return calculations
• Contributing to due diligence processes and risk assessments
• Analyzing lease contracts and preparing portfolio reports
• Researching market developments and trends in the real estate sector
• Supporting asset management activities, such as optimizing occupancy rates and tenant management
• Preparing presentations and investment proposals for management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A completed HBO or university degree in real estate, business administration, economics, finance, or a related field
• 0–3 years of work experience in real estate, financial analysis, or investment management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Affinity with real estate and the ambition to grow into an Asset/Investment Manager role
• Good communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands-on mentality and a keen eye for commercial opportunities
• Experience with Excel and financial modeling is a plus
