Rhodium acquired a real estate portfolio from a private investor. The portfolio consists of 35 apartments and two retail units, located in prime areas in and around The Hague city center, including the Vlamingstraat, Zoutmanstraat, and Stationsweg.

The Hague, 28-11-24 – In September, Rhodium acquired a real estate portfolio from a private investor.The portfolio consists of 35 apartments and two retail units, located in prime areas in and around The Hague city center, including the Vlamingstraat, Zoutmanstraat, and Stationsweg.

The portfolio offers an excellent opportunity to leverage Rhodium's expertise in commercial and development projects. “This acquisition fits perfectly with our strategy to add value to real estate by applying our extensive knowledge and experience,” said Karim Homam, founding partner of Rhodium.

Quadrant Notarissen and Heeren van Steen were involved in the transaction. The seller was legally advised by Buren Legal.
